The Northfield, located on the campus of the Fairport Baptist Home, 4560 Nine Mile Point Road in the Town of Perinton.

The Northfield is a 69-unit assisted living facility project developed by Family Service of Rochester, Inc. in cooperation with the Fairport Baptist Home. It serves low and moderate-income seniors who need supportive service in order to continue to live independently. The Fairport Baptist Home donated the land, and provides food service, laundry, and physical plant maintenance. Sheen Housing provided development consultation and technical support.

The Northfield is available for independent seniors, age 62 or older. As a New York State licensed program, The Northfield will offer three meals per day, housekeeping, personal care, recreation programs, laundry, aide service, medical monitoring, and 24-hour staffing.
